Learning, participation, and community activities.
Manos Unidas Foundation is currently organizing educational programs and open community activities designed to strengthen learning, participation, and personal development.
Citizenship preparation
This friendly and supportive class helps permanent residents (Green Card holders) feel more confident and prepared for the English and civics portions of the U.S. citizenship interview.
We practice the civics questions (including the updated 128-question list), as well as basic English speaking, reading, and writing. We also walk through the interview process step by step, so there are no surprises.
The class is designed for adults with different English levels and focuses on learning gradually, at a comfortable pace, in a respectful, welcoming, and encouraging environment.
